Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions



Ordering

Once ordered, gift vouchers can take 3-5 working days to arrive by email. If they have not arrived after 5 days, please contact us on 03333446612 (option 1)


Redemption


Gift vouchers can be redeemed by calling us on 03333446612 (option 1).


Gift vouchers are valid for both accommodation and restaurant bookings (except where noted).


Gift vouchers must be used at the time of booking, and cannot be accepted at the hotel if not booked in advance.


Gift voucher bookings must be booked no later than 3 days prior to arrival.


Gift vouchers can only be used once, for a single hotel or restaurant booking.


If the total value of the booking is less than the value of the gift voucher, any remaining balance cannot be carried forward or reimbursed.


Period of validity


Gift voucher are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.


Gift vouchers are only valid for bookings between November and March, except where otherwise noted (e.g. Father's Day).


Our "One Night B&B, with Tea & Scones and Wine on Arrival" offer is not valid for National and Bank Holidays.


Cancellation


Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights, for example in the event they are not of satisfactory quality.


Under Consumer Contract Regulations (formerly Distance Selling Regulations), if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel all or part of your order up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you place your order, provided the gift voucher has not been redeemed.


Changes to the Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions


Inspired Hotels reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the gift vouchers at any time, and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the voucher, if at our discretion it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.
