The Inspired signature bar and restaurant has an extensive well stocked bar with over 20 Scottish gins 40 Malt whiskies, ales, extensive wine list, award winning cocktails and many more products,. The Restaurant prides itself on being number one in its location serving the best of local produce, created and presented by our award winning chefs. During the summer months you can enjoy your food and drinks within our beautifully sculptured and maintained gardens.
Inspired Signature Restaurant is open all year round and offers a spacious and relaxed environment to enjoy the great selection of drinks and delicious food with views to the river bank and bridge, while the real log fire and comfy seating provide a cosy atmosphere during the winter months.
All our ingredients are locally sourced and home cooked. Our chef's are highly trained and are always happy to discuss our menus with guests. From teas and coffees, to light bites or one of our more substantial main meals, there is something for everyone to enjoy on our home cooked menus.
Our Bar and our Signature restaurant are due to be open as below during the winter period. However due to the nature of the seasonal business please check availability by calling or booking on our book a table link on the website as the Hotel, Bar & Restaurant will be closed if there are no guests staying at the hotel.

Please note our restaurant is closed on Tuesday the 3rd of December,
however a small Pizza Menu will be available from 18:00 to 20:00
Hotel is closed all other days, and from December 8th to 26th inclusive.
